1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for WordPress Plugins

We want you to be completely satisfied with our WordPress plugins. If a plugin does not perform as described and our technical support team is unable to resolve the technical issue within 48 hours of reporting, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 14 days of original purchase.

2. Refund Conditions for Digital Plugins

• The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• You must allow our support team an opportunity to investigate and rectify the technical conflict on your staging or production site.
• Refunds are not granted for mere "change of mind" where the plugin functions correctly as documented in our product specifications.

3. Educational ERP Subscriptions

Educational ERP setup fees and infrastructure provisioning costs are non-refundable once technical deployment has commenced. Recurring monthly or annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing renewal cycle.

4. Custom Software Development Milestones

Due to the dedicated allocation of senior engineering personnel, completed and approved milestone payments for custom software development projects are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email info@blackraventechnologies.in with your invoice number, license key, and a brief description of the technical issue. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
